Full text
64. A door separating a heated space from an unheated space or from the outside air shall be protected by a storm door, unless the door, excluding its glazed part, has an average thermal resistance of at least 0.7 m2 • °C/W or unless it opens onto an unheated enclosed vestibule or stairway.
This section does not apply to a glass swing-type door with or without a sash.
